Administrative stewardship


We organize and prepare the general meetings, and assist the union council in auditing the accounts. We inform the co-owners of the decisions taken at the general meeting and ensure the execution of the co-ownership regulations and the decisions of the general meeting.

We establish an operating budget, in line with needs and obligations, while carrying out quarterly budget follow-ups, allowing a rigorous analysis of expenses. This mastery guarantees an operation at a lower cost.





Technical management


Our technicians make regular visits on site at your residence according to your needs (weekly, bi-monthly or monthly). They check the technical systems and ensure the maintenance and general condition of the building.



Claims management


We take care of all the steps in the event of a disaster. We report the claim to the insurance company and are present at the relevant expert appraisals. We then coordinate the necessary repairs and close the claim with the insurance company once the work has been carried out and a statement of the costs incurred is drawn up.





Litigation management


We issue reminders in advance to encourage regularisation of payments and initiate collection proceedings if necessary. We assist the syndicate in legal proceedings against the developer for construction defects, or against a third party to assert its rights.
