We look for tenants and publish an advertisement on all real estate portals. We make a site visit with the interested parties and check the creditworthiness of all applicants. Once the tenant has been chosen, we draw up the lease contract and execute a professional and transparent inventory of fixtures and fittings.



Accounting


We collect the monthly rents and charges and settle the co-ownership charges. In the event of non-payment, we follow up with the tenant and, if necessary, compile a file of unpaid bills. After each year or rental period, we draw up a tenant's service charge statement and review the rent together with the owner.





Technical management


We carry out all minor repairs at the request of the tenant or landlord and take care of the common maintenance of the rental. Tenants can take advantage of our 24/7 technical permanence for all urgent requests outside our opening hours.
